Starting a Nonprofit: The Four Fundamental Steps

Columbia University's M.S. Nonprofit Management Program is launching a four-part series designed to prepare our students, alumnae, and the SPS Community to start and operate successful nonprofit organizations. Join us as experts in the field share their expertise and effective tools. Each two-hour session will feature lectures/videos and pre-session resources.

This session is designed to help participants examine the important task of building a board of directors for a new nonprofit through the framework of the people, the culture, the work, and the impact.
